PP Woven Fabrics

PP woven fabric is manufactured from high-strength polypropylene tapes woven in a uniform pattern to create a durable, lightweight and flexible packaging material. It offers excellent tensile strength, tear resistance, dimensional stability and load-bearing performance, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, agricultural and bulk-packaging applications.

At Polycore Fab LLP, PP woven fabric is produced under controlled manufacturing conditions to maintain consistent GSM, width, weave density, colour and strength throughout every production batch. The fabric can be supplied in tubular or flat form and is available in coated, uncoated, laminated and customized constructions depending on the required level of strength, moisture protection and product containment.

Our PP woven fabric is designed for smooth processing during cutting, printing, lamination and stitching. It can also be customized with UV stabilization, anti-slip treatment, colour masterbatch and different weave constructions to meet specific customer and end-use requirements.
